We had a not great experience with an appliance that quit working unexpectedly, which is why we were shopping for new. Missy worked with management to make sure that we were confident in our new purchase and helped make the situation right. I called this store Thursday and talked to Jennifer about a washer and dryer, she sent pics to me immediately, I said I would buy them, and they were delivered at 11 am the next am. They are brand new GE appliances, supposedly a scratch and dent set which are barely noticeable at all. The delivery technicians Nathan and Don were efficient, fast and friendly and went thru the the operations of the the washer and dryer with me before they left. Thanks also to Jennifer for facilitating this so quickly. Very impressed with this company and highly recommend! On a side note we visited another store in the area and the price for a similar set was $1000 more and could not be delivered until the end of the month.
